TIC – The Industrial Company provides direct-hire construction services to traditional industrial markets across the United States. The same mission the original company had when it began more than 35 years ago. Those markets include power, mining/minerals, oil, gas and chemical, renewable energy, general services and maintenance, substation installations/high voltage testing for the chemical, power and refinery industries and marine/heavy civil and fabrication. TIC provides specialized services through its T. E. Ibberson Company district, whose experience expands over 130 years, specializing in design/build slip form installations and grain handling systems throughout the world.
Located in Elba Island, Ga., the liquid natural gas facility and its unloading arms were relocated to a new dock area.

TIC-The Industrial Company was the EPC contractor for the design, procurement, construction and startup of this 22.6 megawatt geothermal project.
TIC-The Industrial Company was the general contractor for a 43.5 megawatt hydroelectric power plant and new intake structure with penstock on the Snake River.
TIC-The Industrial Company teamed with Power Engineers to design and build the Aragonne Mesa wind generation farm located southwest of Santa Rosa, New Mexico.
Covering 750 acres, the Torrance Refinery processes 155,000 barrels of crude oil per day, to produce 1.8 billion gallons of gasoline annually. The 2009 installation of two new ESPs, weighing in at 1,200 and 1,600 tons respectively, was one of the largest environmental upgrades ever completed at this 1929 refinery. The new ESPs allowed ExxonMobil to drastically reduce emissions—removing 200 pounds of particulate matter and 2,000 pounds of ammonia each day.
TIC was the EPC contractor for the complete installation of twelve GE Sprint PCNXGEN LM6000 gas turbines for a 575 MW power plant.
